OUR SCHOOL

Spurgeon School Foundation, Inc. (SSFI) is a private Christian school located in the heart of Makati City. SSFI is the educational Arm of the International Baptist Church of Manila.

Our Program

In this time of pandemic where there is no safe place to be but the comfort of our homes; SSFI developed a way where kids can continue their studies while being safe from the threat COVID-19.

Our response to guarantee the continuity of teaching and learning amid this pandemic is the BLENDED LEARNING PROGRAM.

BLP is a program compliant to DepEd's MELCs or Most Essential Learning Competencies, enriched by the Christian values of the Holy bible through the International Baptist Church of Manila.

It is a mix of virtual/face-to-face class discussions and offline learning packets to ensure better understanding happening simultaneously at school and home depending on the choice of the parents.

This program is highly inclusive because it accommodates learners with varying capabilities to engage in distance learning for a full virtual class program and a limited face-to-face blended program.

Spurgeon School Foundation, Inc. is a Christian educational institution committed to providing children, regardless of color, creed, and religious persuasion, with an education that will develop them into well-rounded, productive, responsive, and creative individuals by inculcating a true love of God, Christian character and academic excellence.

Mission

In order for us to fulfill this vision, SSFI has committed itself:

To provide excellent academic training based on a curriculum that is constantly reviewed and upbringing of a fast-changing world;
To develop a school environment where the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual upbringing of a child is enhanced; and
To serve as an instrument for every child to come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
